brkfst: 2 oranges, 1 pear, 1/3 of a pineapple and 12 strawberries over ice
Lunch & Dinner juice: 8stalks of kale, 4 carrots, 2 granny apples, 4 tomato's, 1 squash, 1 sweet potato,
1 beet, 1 cucumber, cilantro, 8 mini peppers and 1/2 of a lemon.
You may be wondering if I am excited about having to drink all of this juice.....the answer is "no". However, I continue to do this because of it's wonderful effects on my body and health. You may be wondering if I actually eat or not.....the answer is "yes"....but only things that whole food and healthy. I prefer to juice a lot of my veggies and fruit because I couldn't ever actually "eat" all of this in one day!
